This is a totally enclosed, packaged, and assembled unit that is shipped as one piece, requiring only the water, gas, and power to be connected to the appropriate locations.

The following options are available at an additional charge:
Optical pyrometer with digital programmable temperature controller will operate the furnace from 1000o C to 2200o C. Automatic transfer using a retractable thermocouple from room temperature to 2200o C. This system will use a thermocouple to control the furnace from room temperature to 1000o C, at which point it will retract and automatically transfer the control of the furnace to the optical pyrometer.
The programmable temperature control will then continue with ramps and soaks throughout the rest of the cycle. When the furnace cools to 1000o C, it will automatically retransfer control from the pyrometer to the thermocouple.

Yokogawa 6-channel DX100 paperless datalogging chart recorder with digital communications. Network compatible – can appear as a node on a network, making remote data gathering fast and easy. Includes built-in memory card for storage. 
 

Light loader. Allows quick and easy communications between the UP550 and either a laptop or desktop PC-based computer. Can be used for writing programs and storing detailed configuration data.
